Inter Milan forward Romelu Lukaku has become the first player in Serie A history to score at least 25 goals in each of his first two seasons.
The Belgian international has been sensational for Inter this season, scoring 19 goals and providing eight assists in just 17 league appearances so far. His tally is already higher than any other Serie A player in their debut season since 2004/05.
Lukaku's achievement is particularly impressive given that he was signed by Inter from Manchester United last summer on a reported fee of £68 million. He had struggled with injuries and form during his time at Old Trafford, but he seems to have found his feet at Inter.
Lukaku's goal-scoring exploits have not gone unnoticed, as he has scored more goals than any other player in Serie A this season. His impressive performances have also helped Inter to stay in contention for the title, despite being one of the teams who were expected to struggle in Serie A.
Overall, Lukaku's achievements are a testament to his talent and hard work, and it will be interesting to see how he performs over the rest of the season.
